Hi, I’m Rachel Hayes — beauty entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of Honey Skin & Body Bar in Memphis, Tennessee.
I created Glow and Grow Coaching to help aspiring estheticians and spray tan artists build businesses with confidence, clarity, and intention.
As someone who understands both the beauty industry and the challenges that come with growing a business, I’m passionate about creating supportive spaces where beauty professionals feel encouraged, educated, and empowered to grow sustainably.
My coaching approach combines real business strategy with personalized mentorship, helping clients navigate branding, marketing, client experience, pricing, and long-term growth in a way that feels aligned and authentic to them.
